Where can I find the model and serial number on my Fridge Freezer?
There is a rating plate located on the inside of the appliance door. The Model and Serial number should be clearly marked. If you have any problems locating this plate please contact our Support team.

Is my Fridge going to be fixed in my house?
Yes in most cases we can repair your Fridge at home, there is no need for your Fridge to be taken away.
Do I have to pay for my Fridge repair straight away?
Yes in most cases all repairs are paid for upon completion of work.
Do you carry Fridge parts with you?
Yes in most cases we do carry parts though if your Fridge is out of date or the repair requires an out of ordinary repair then in some cases we may need to order an item in for you. We will advise the time that this takes at the time of our inspection.
How do I clean my Fridge?
The exterior of your Fridge can be cleaned with soap or detergents, the inner compartment of your Fridge should be cleaned with normal dish washing detergents and warm water using a soft cloth. No sprays should be used as they may contain ammonia which tends to cause some rusting of the doors and cabinet.
